Project Manager Role

Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Project Manager (PM), based in Germany, at GXP Engaged Services - responsible for coordinating client Quality Management related activities including global audit programmes, mock inspection programmes etc. The PM will oversee day-to-day project management tasks, including scheduling, logistics management, overseeing delivery of client audits and acting as interface between clients and internal and external consultants to actively manage key client accounts. The role reports to the Managing Director for Germany, who is located in Munich, but the company offers flexibility for remote work.
Skills
- Min. 5 years of experience in the life sciences industry
- At least two years’ experience in Auditing / Quality Management or similar
- Demonstrable knowledge of GCP and/or any other GxP area
- Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills, leadership ability and problem-solving skills
- Focus on client(s) expectation management
- Ability to plan and manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure and time constraints
Tasks
- Act as main point of contact for clients and ensure proactive and regular communication
- Track project progress, adhere to the project milestones and timeframes.
- Track project budget
- Ensure high quality deliverables in agreement with client's expectations/ requirements
- Prepare proposals and work orders
